The labor market has been undergoing deep transformations, which increased since the 70’s with the transformations of the capitalist system. As there is no consensus about the real dimension of the changes occurring in the capitalist economy, according to the analysis about these transformations, the process has been named toyotism, flexible specialization regime, post-fordism, neofordism etc. At this moment an important technological development and the application of new techniques of production factors management are coming about. Changes in the productive process of goods and services have promoted important impacts on the production relationships among economic agents, generating the need for capitalists and workers to re-evaluate their strategies before the new configuration of the productive process. Because of the modifications in worldwide economy and the increased business among countries, old concepts have been questioned while new ones are formulated in order to understand changes inside the productive process of goods and services, as well as their consequences over the components of the world of labor.
