| Resumo: | This report depicts the recent performance of textile industry in Brazil, with an emphasis on Banco do Nordeste’s (the federal development bank of Northeast Brazil) workspace, which includes the States of Northeast Brazil plus North of Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais States. For the latter two, analyzes shall be made if data are available. The report shows information on the characteristics of textile industry and provides an overview and prospective analysis of the activity in the world and in Brazil, particularly in Northeast region. |
